Emily Woodmaster has over 13 years of professional expertise in management and operations for public and private organizations. Most recently, Woodmaster served as the chief administrative officer for a small municipality in Georgia overseeing the day to day operations of the general services and city enterprise. With a breadth of knowledge in strategic planning, fiscal planning and accountability, contract negotiation, and customer service she is prepared to work with companies and local governments to ensure operational efficiencies.
